I first learned of Enduring Images while visiting the 2007 Coverings tradeshow in Chicago. My first impressions were that the people were very pleasant and professional. The system they offered seemed capable of meeting my business needs. I purchased a decal printing system from them based on the Canon 1140 copier and attended a two-day training session at their facility in Colorado.

My initial impressions of Enduring Images have held true over time. In my particular case the system was damaged in shipment. But since it was insured, I was able to get it replaced. Ron Manwiller (President) took on the problem personally and worked diligently with the shipping claims department to resolve the issue. It ended up taking quite a long time, but he constantly followed up on every detail. This is where the company’s professionalism stands out most prominently.

There have been many more times when I have recognized the quality of this company. During the training session they worked one-on-one with me to insure that the system would most closely fit my application. The operation of the system can be somewhat complicated, but Ron Manwiller and Bob Rowe (Engineer) expertly provided me with the resources and training to keep things working properly and helped me understand how to recognize and solve image defects on my own. The entire 2-day session was videotaped to allow me to review details at a later date. This has proved to be very valuable. At the end of the training Doreen Roe (Account Executive) presented me with a well-thought-out presentation package and offered me sincere and professional marketing advice on how to promote my company and its products. Over the past several months I have been in close contact with Ron over the phone and through email. He has always been willing to help me with problems that have come up and to offer business advice. I have grown to trust him as an honest businessman and a true friend.

I would highly recommend Enduring Images to anyone interested in dealing with them. You will not be disappointed.
